Oversight without Cost
    or Operational Burden

Oversee identity, employment, and training while maintaining control over how access is configured and approved through one platform.

Security and Privacy. Built from the ground up.

    Protected infrastructure

OneCredential manages all credential, identity and access information using industry-standard, independently verified cybersecure environments.

    • Data protected in transit using HTTPS and TLS
    • Documents, databases and backups encrypted at rest using AES-256
    • Private document storage within AWS
    • Authenticated access through AWS Cognito
    • Automated encrypted database backups
    • SMB1001 certification
    • Recognised Australian Signals Directorate Cyber Security Business Partner
    • ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification pathways (Q4 2026)

    Controlled access

Access to OneCredential is managed through role-based permissions designed to ensure users only access the information required for their responsibilities.

    • Role-based facility permissions
    • Controlled access to representative information
    • Audit logging of administrative actions
    • Secure authentication workflows
    • Session revocation following account restriction or confirmed misuse

    Privacy-preserving visibility

OneCredential provides facilities with the information required to make and oversee access decisions without requiring custody of every underlying document.

Facilities receive access outcomes, credential status and relevant activity information while sensitive source documentation remains protected.

    A complete representative access workflow

OneCredential brings identity verification, credential readiness, access configuration and onsite activity into one consistent digital workflow.

    Credential assurance before arrival

Representative identity, company or affiliation relationship and applicable credentials are assessed prior to access.

    Requirements defined by your facility

Each facility can configure credential requirements, access rules and approval workflows according to individual locations, areas and operating models.

    Approval at any access level

Facility approval can be required for any area, regardless of risk classification.

    Verified onsite check-in

Representatives can check in through mobile, QR, NFC, front-desk or manual workflows, with location validation helping prevent remote self-check-in.

    Live facility visibility

Authorised users can view active, pending, denied and completed representative visits, including check-in method and checkout status.

    Searchable records and reporting

Access decisions, approvals, exceptions and visit activity are retained in a searchable digital history, with customisable reports available for operational review, governance oversight and audit preparation.

    How OneCredential works.

    01

    Configure

OneCredential works with your facility to define locations, areas, credential requirements, risk classifications, approval workflows and authorised user access.

    02

    Prepare

Representatives complete secure identity verification, company relationship verification and submit the required credentials and training evidence for review. Approved credentials become available for access assessment based on your facility's requirements.

    03

    Check

At the point of entry, OneCredential assesses the representative and associated credentials against the configured requirements for the associated area.

    04

    Approved Access

Depending on your facility configuration, eligible representatives may proceed through approved workflows, or access requests may be routed to authorised facility personnel for review.

    Verified identity. Visible access.

Representative's live check-in status is visible on both their mobile application and the OneCredential facility platform, allowing staff to see who is onsite and confirm their current access status.

Each representative also receives a physical OneCredential badge linked to their verified identity and OCID, providing a consistent way for staff to identify representatives onsite.

Customised access according to your needs

OneCredential provides a flexible framework that allows each facility to apply its own credentialing requirements, approval processes and access controls while maintaining consistent oversight and auditability.
