    Using OneCredential

You must use OneCredential lawfully, provide accurate information, follow applicable organisational requirements, and take reasonable steps to protect account access. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use information for an unauthorised purpose.

    Roles and decisions

OneCredential supports credential governance and access workflows. Healthcare facilities remain responsible for defining their requirements, policies, risk settings, and access decisions. Users and organisations remain responsible for information they provide and for meeting obligations that apply to them.

    Availability and changes

Services may be updated, suspended, or changed to maintain security, performance, compliance, or functionality. While OneCredential aims to provide reliable services and useful information, availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance or circumstances outside reasonable control.

    Content and intellectual property

OneCredential and its associated names, platform content, designs, and technology are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless expressly permitted, content may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used to create a competing service.

    Concerns and account action

Access may be restricted or ended where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or a breach of applicable terms. If you have a concern about the service or these terms, contact OneCredential so it can be reviewed.
